Dr. Cook graduated from Drexel University with his Medical degree. He completed his Residency at The Washington Hospital. He earned his undergraduate degree from Denison University, and his Masters of Public Health Degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Cook is a board certified physician and is the Medical Director for the facility.
Dr. Cook has several published articles in medical journals and publications.
Aislynn graduated from Seton Hill University in 2000 with a degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She has always had a love of children, so she started her career in general pediatrics that year. During those years she also gained experience in lactation medicine as a Board Certified Lactation Consultant. Additionally, she specialized for a time in pediatric gastroenterology before starting her career in family medicine at Mon Valley Community Health Services.
Besides medicine and learning, Aislynn loves reading anything and everything. In her free time she loves to cook, bake, and eat.
As a child she loved bathing, changing, and feeding her baby dolls, and was classically trained in piano.
Elaine graduated from Rostraver High School. She attended McKeesport Hospital School of Nursing where she obtained her RN. She earned her CRNP at the Regional Medical Program at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, she attended California University of Pennsylvania where she obtained her BSN. She earned her Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) From Stonybrook University of New York.
Elaine has been a nurse for forty five years and a Nurse Practitioner for thirty one years. She has lived in Rostraver Township her whole life. She has been married to her husband for forty five years. Together they have two grown children, a daughter and a son. They have four grandchildren all under the age of ten, they are the light of her life.
